Return Policy
Returns of a product:
- If you have any extra question, please send us an email at support@mitgard.com with the info of your name and order number.
- Our policy lasts15 days. If15 days have gone by since the arrival of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a exchange or refund.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received itand not altered.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Any item that is returned more than 45days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable):
- We can made a complete refund for itemswith 48 hours that you made the order, after that we gonna proceed to the production and ship the package.
- If you want the refund after the 48 hours that you made your order and not was sent to the postal service, will have15% cancellation fee as items have already been sent to production.
- If the shipped product is returned to our warehouse. We will refund the cost of the productsubtracting 15% of the cancellation fee. The shipping cost is not refunded.
- If you still didn't get your package by60 days after the notification shipping, we will check if this was lost by the courier.After that if this was lost, we can offer the full refund. For SAL shipping its until 120 days after notification shipping.
- You have 48 hours for send us a mail for edit your address if this was misspelled, but If your got your shippping notification and was shipped to a wrong address. We can't offer you any type of refund.
